DONT BUY - NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

I bought the Movies, Books and Music versions. They worked great for a while. Then Hooked in Motion apparently merged with Sort It! Since then, I have not been able to add anything to any of the versions. I have gone to both websites and can not get any help whatsoever. I get an email saying contact Sort It!; but there is no way to find Customer Service.
